Crimson Tide Football Gets another Big Commitment

Theodore linebacker C.J. Mosley made his verbal commitment to the Tide in front of a national TV audience Saturday afternoon. "Basically, it came down to a comfort level with the coaches and the players at the school. I know Alabama develops their talent and prepares them not just for the NFL and the next level in football but in life," said Mosley. "My family and I are happy about the academics at Alabama as well. It had everything I needed in a school.

"My relationship with Coach Willis was important as well. I have known Coach Willis for a long time now back to when he was coaching at Auburn, and he is just a real easy guy to get along with. It is a big plus that he is my position coach as well."

According to Mosley, he has known his decision for several weeks.

"I have had a good feeling of where I wanted to go for awhile now, but I sort of made it final back in November," said Mosley. "We had a great in-home visit with Coach Saban, and my parents basically had all of their questions answered then.

"I feel like I can come in and compete for playing time pretty early. I could play inside or outside, but I will probably play inside at Alabama."

Mosley is the 91st-ranked prospect overall in the Rivals100.
